I absolutely loved the classic decor of the whole flat, especially the bookshelf filled with interesting books. It made me feel right at home. The location was perfect for us senior folks, with shops just a few steps away for a quick breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plus, the sheets smelled so fresh and clean, it really added to the overall experience. The bathrooms were also spotless and the showers had just the right amount of power. I also enjoyed sitting out in the well-kept garden for breakfast. the whole flat was accessible and comfortable for senior people like me.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could have taken care of the noise from the tenant upstairs. The heavy footsteps were quite bothersome at times.

I booked last minute and Alex was quick to respond. The flat is clean, well-equipped, and good value for money. The fantastic garden out the back was perfect for relaxing and there was even a travel cot for my baby. The supermarket round the corner made it easy to find breakfast ingredients. The underground is very close, making it quick and easy to reach the tourist sites. I had a great night's sleep and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this flat!

I always choose this place for my stay in London. The staff helped with serving my elderly parents. The flat has everything I need: Wi-Fi, dryer, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, flat-screen TV. VIP check-in/out, outdoor dining area, cots, luggage storage, locker room. No pets or smoking on site. I'm coming back for holiday.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, which was perfect for my group of friends. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, and microwave, making it convenient for us to cook our own meals. The living room was a nice space to relax and hang out.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV to be a bit small. But hey, others might still enjoy it!
